My Open Door Policy
I have an open door policy and encourage anyone with questions, comments, or concerns to stop in at any time. I am a licensed Property Manger through the Oregon Real Estate Board, I hold a Bachelors Degree, an have a diverse background that includes years of property management and leasing experience at this property and others. I do travel between properties and am usually pretty busy, but if my staff are unable to help you or you wish to speak to me directly I will always make time.
This business is a balancing act between customer service/resident retention, and investment protection and practice of law. All of our company polices and procedures stem from Oregon Landlord/Tenant Law and I am well trained in those laws. That sometimes means that I am limited in my solutions to your concerns, or I must impose sanctions that are unpleasant. If you have an issue that you would like to discuss, I vow that I will be straight and honest with you, even if I cannot help you, and I will always explain the basis for my decisions. My staff and I strive to work together with residents to maintain a great community. The key to that is communication, and I welcome that.
