GWV Now Launching E-Ticket
Gateway has just launched a great new feature for your convenience called E-Ticket. This link into our internal property management software will give you access to your account information, submit work orders and requests online, and keep you informed with current announcements. Click on the link below to access the home page, where you can register yourself in our system. You must be a current resident to use this feature, as the system will not recognize you and let you in if you are not. Check it out! You can now handle most property business from the comfort of home or convenience of work.
Safety and Security Awareness
FOX 12 News recently ran a story about a 14 year old girl in Portland being attacked in her own bedroom by an intruder. The suspect climbed into a window of her apartment and unsuccessfully attacked her. The brave teen fought him off. Neighbors were quick to come to her aid and police response was fast. The lesson to learn from this is that an apartment complex is a community, and we should all look out for each other, and report and suspicious behavior. Most of all, never assume that any place is immune from crime. Take precautions to protect yourself and your belongings. Always lock all doors and windows at night, including your vehicles. If you use an A/C unit, put a stop-stick in the window sill. If desired, you can also purchase door and window alarms that simply stick to the frame and go off when separated by opening. Our nice community here is relatively crime free, but crime has no specific address. It can show up anywhere. Protect yourself, and get to know your neighbors.
